Detroit Film Theatre and Elliot Wilhelm celebrate 40 years

You may know Elliot as the host of DPTV’s Friday Night Film Festival and/or the Detroit Institute of Arts’ curator of film and video and founder of the Detroit Film Theatre (DFT).  Elliot has hosted movies on Channel 56 since 1996, and the DFT celebrates 40 years and Elliot’s leadership this weekend (Jan. 10-12).
